Shipping Information
We ship all orders with USPS and offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders. We do our best to get orders out within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. If for any reason there is a delay with your order, we will promptly notify you. Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be fulfilled the following business day.
Depending on where you are located, it can take anywhere from 3-8 business days. You can upgrade to 2-Day Shipping if you need your order faster. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We ship USPS, you may use your tracking number to look up the status of your delivery. If you still need help, contact customerservice@caballerocollection.com anytime and we will provide you with an update.
We only ship to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the US right now.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your CABALLERO purchase, we will gladly process returns back to original form of payment for items purchased within 14 days. The package must be postmarked by the 14th day of receiving the goods. The original shipping and handling charges will not be credited back to your card unless we have made a mistake in sending the wrong item, or the item is defective in some way. The credit will be issued to the card that you placed the order with.
All markdown items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order is damaged upon arrival, we’ll gladly take it back. Otherwise, we will accept only items that are returned unworn and undamaged with tags still attached. An in-home try-on is perfectly acceptable.
Return Instructions
We are sorry that it didn’t work out, and we want to make this easy for you. Please do the following:
1. Email customerservice@caballerocollection.com for a return authorization form.
2. You will receive an email approving your return, usually within one business day after your request.
3. Once you have received the authorization, carefully pack your item(s). Caballero does offer free returns and will provide a pre-paid shipping label but their is a $9.95 Restocking fee if you do use the free shipping label.
4. Enclose a written explanation of the reason for your return
Exchanges
We are unable to process exchanges right now as we are a small-batch, local retailer. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
