Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information
We ship all orders with USPS and offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING. We do our best to get orders out within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. If for any reason there is a delay with your order, we will promptly notify you. Orders placed after 1:00 pm CST will be fulfilled the following business day.
Depending on where you are located, it can take anywhere from 3-8 business days. You can upgrade to Express Shipping if you need your order faster. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking. If you still need help, please contact customerservice@caballerocollection.com, and we will provide you with an update.
We only ship to the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Easy Returns
All markdown items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your CABALLERO purchase, we will gladly process returns back to original form of payment for items purchased within 14 days. The package must be postmarked by the 14th day of receiving the goods. The original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless we have made a mistake in sending the wrong item or the item is defective.
If your order is damaged upon arrival, we’ll gladly take it back. Otherwise, we will only accept returned items that are unworn and undamaged with tags still attached. An in-home try-on is perfectly acceptable.
Return Instructions
We are sorry that it didn’t work out, and we want to make this easy for you. Please do the following:

- OR you can email customerservice@caballerocollection.com for a return authorization.
- You will receive an email approving your return, usually within one business day after your request.
- Once you have received the authorization, carefully pack your item(s).
- Enclose a written explanation of the reason for your return.
Exchanges
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
