• Shipping Times: Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3-8 business days.
• Express Shipping (Optional): Need it faster? Upgrade to Express Shipping for an additional cost (nonrefundable).
• Shipping Notifications: Once your item ships, you'll receive a notification with tracking details.

We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of order delivery. Here's how it works:

• Return/Exchange Eligibility: All unworn, undamaged items with tags attached are eligible for return or exchange.
• All Markdowns: are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Initiating a Return or Exchange: Use our Self-Service Returns Portal or contact hello@caballerocollection.com for return/exchange authorization.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, we'll gladly accept a return.

• Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable except in cases of our error or defective items.
• Returns: Upon receiving your returned item(s), we'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.
• Exchanges: Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll process your exchange and ship the new item(s) to you free of charge.
